What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and include attendee's name, address, registration badge, and course tickets. A 20% administrative fee is assessed on all refunds or cancellations. No refunds will be given after the stated refund deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, or acts of God. Refunds are processed four weeks after completion of the conference.

How many C.E. credits will I receive?
Can I fill out the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
Yes. The conference invites dentists, hygienists, technicians, and any additional staff members to attend.
How do I change something on my registration form after I have registered online?
Please contact the conference registration services at (504) 834-6449.
May I fax my registration form?
No, faxes will NOT be accepted. You can register online or mail the registration form to:

What is the guest policy?
A registered dentist's spouse/guest will be $55 before March 14, after that date, the fee will be $80. For a registered dentist's family member under the age of 18, there is no charge, but the child must be registered to attend the meeting. NO STROLLERS are allowed in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must wear an identification badge at all times.
What are the dates and location of the 2025 meeting?
The conference will be held April 10-11, 2025, at the Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans, located at 739 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.
Where is the lost and found?
Please check in with the staff members located in the registration area.
What if I lose my ticket or badge?
Lost tickets and badges can be replaced at the registration area.
