Running a successful dental practice and having a motivated team of hygienists and assistants who truly enjoy working very hard for you was NOT meant to be a struggle. Bertha will share what a "World Class" hygiene department looks like and teach you how to increase productivity while serving your patients better. This course is designed for the entire dental team including the doctor.

Course Objectives - upon completion of this course, attendees will have a better understanding of how to:

• Increase hygiene production immediately after attending this course.
• Increase each hygienist’s daily production from $1,000 to over $3,500.
• Implement a unique patient retention program that gives patients a reason to come back.
• Do same day preventive procedures that will increase profits and have patients rave about you.
• Maximize roles of the hygienist: preventive therapist, periodontal therapist and treatment advocate.
